A single Olven mint with its embossed O, standing on travertine stone in warm light
The Science

Caffeine-led. Everything else in proportion.

Olven is built around the best-studied pairing in focus: a measured dose of caffeine, complemented by L-Theanine. A small supporting layer completes the mint — and we are honest about which part carries the effect.

The Core System

Caffeine leads. L-Theanine complements.

Most of what people feel from a focus product comes from caffeine: alertness, wakefulness, attention, and a reduced sense of fatigue. That is Olven’s foundation — and we treat it with respect rather than burying it under a long ingredient list.

Caffeine, measured.

A deliberate, functional serving — enough to matter, controlled enough to repeat. Caffeine is the most evidence-backed performance ingredient there is, and Olven is honest about being built on it.

Why pair it with L-Theanine?

L-Theanine is an amino acid found in tea. Studied alongside caffeine on cognitively demanding attention tasks, the pairing is our answer to a simple question: how do you make caffeine more considered without simply adding more of it?

The pairing is well-studied. The finished Olven mint has not run its own clinical trial — and we won’t pretend it has.

The Supporting Layer

The rest of the formula, in proportion.

Three additions round out the mint. None of them is the headline — and presenting them honestly is the point.

  1. Supporting

    Theobromine

A gentler cousin of caffeine, found in cacao. It rounds out the character of the caffeine system — we don’t claim it extends energy, prevents a crash, or meaningfully sharpens cognition at mint-scale amounts, because that isn’t established.

  2. Supporting

    Vitamins B6 & B12

Nutritional support, not stimulation. B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue — approved claim language, subject to the finished label. They work in the background; nobody feels a vitamin kick in.

  3. Supporting

    Key electrolytes

A modest mineral contribution — sodium, potassium, and magnesium — designed to sit alongside the water you already drink. An accompaniment, not a hydration product, and never a replacement for water.

The Format

Designed as a mint. Engineered like it matters.

One mint is one decision — a unit you can count and repeat. It is made to erode gradually, so the experience lasts longer than a sip and the ritual has a beginning and an end.

The build, up close.

  • Matte, compressed finishNo shell, no gloss, no candy coating.
  • Embossed OPressed into the mint, not printed on it.
  • Slow-eroding formA full-depth tablet designed to last, not to be chewed and forgotten.

Compressing actives into a slow-dissolving mint is a genuine formulation problem — compression, stability, and taste all have to be proven on the finished product. Until that work is complete, we make no absorption or release-rate claims. “Slow-dissolving” describes the experience, not a delivery mechanism.

The Honest Part

Confident enough to tell you what it won’t do.

Anyone can promise the moon. We’d rather say what Olven is designed to support — and what it is not. So, plainly, Olven won’t:

  • cure tiredness or “fix” your focus
  • treat or prevent dehydration — or replace water
  • claim controlled release, sustained release, or faster absorption
  • pretend L-Theanine cancels caffeine, or that any ingredient makes caffeine risk-free
  • diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anything
  • claim clinical results for the finished mint that it hasn’t earned

What it will do is what it says: a compact, seriously built mint designed to support focus through demanding days. Final claims depend on finished-product testing and regulatory confirmation.
